My brain never stops. Even when I am in bed, I am thinking of
how to do something or how to change something. When I get off my
computer, I pick up my kindle and read books that I bought on
Amazon that day. I don't take anything that alters my mind or brain
in anyway. Be sure to eat lots of things with magnesium in them,
leafy greens, seafood, beans, etc.
