Decide which type of couponing will meet your needs, clipping or e-coupons and then learn everything you can about it before you start.

See Red, the problem herein lies, the resistance to use coupons or either all the ladies who use coupons cannot just give one coupon tip.

My next one coupon tip: Start slow and start with your needs (grocery list), find a coupon database and look for coupons for your items. Then either print them or clip them out of the newspaper inserts if you have them.

Coupons usually cause me to purchase processed food I would not normally buy. I do not usually use them. We like to buy local produce and fresh food when possible.

Don't overcoupon or over print coupons.

I use the grocery game service  and it works for me.  Also I keep all my coupon inserts in page protectors in a binder by date. So I only clip what I need.  I hate clipping individual coupons unless I am going to use them for sure.  Seems like wasted effort to me.  I get one paper delivered to my house and pick up one after church.  Not very exciting I know but it is what I've got!cool

start slow, but start stockpiling coupons you will use. I printed off a ton of coupons when I first started, just to save some for those "deals" you come across. Also,, don't throw away expired coupons. The military families can use expired coupons for up to 6 months after expiration date. I will come back with a couple of places where you can find out where to send your expired coupons to.
