I actually posted a giveaway today, but its a little different, since the prize is a custom portrait painting.  I tried entering a bunch of giveaways for a while, but I got frustrated because I couldn't seem to keep up;(

I am about to host a small giveaway for the first time. Having said that, I am not fond of blogs that have one giveawy after the other and no content. I guess I do not understand that concept. I wanted to blog to blog not win prizes. I just do not care for a blog that tries to pass off as a blog and it is one giant giveaway...looking for content on those makes my head spin.

I had a garden item giveaway to celebrate my 100th follower it was exciting and fun! I will do it again at the 250 mark so I have a ways to go.

Hmmm.  I think this community has been SPAMMED AGAIN?

I always find it curious when someone comments on a post that is really old. Then I go to the end to see the last commenter. No blog name and just a link to who knows where. I won't bite.

It seems spam is in the air lately! My inbox is full of porn every time I open it.

Looks like the spam was deleted. I really hate spam. It just ruins the internet for everyone.

Well, since the spam seems to be gone, I'll continue this conversation 

1)  Can't stand blogs that are only giveaways.  It gets old!

2)  Can't stand giveaways with a ton of hoops or too many options.

3)  Automatic turn-off if people require likes or follows to enter!

4)  Usually don't enter giveaways that have more than 500 entries already because I figure I have NO chance of winning anyway.

5)  Have won some great stuff through giveaways

6)  Only enter giveaways that I REALLY want, not just giveaways of stuff that I may or may not use/need.

I just hosted a month of giveaway's on my blog and received great returns in new followers, the chance to promote my new range of mini furniture and got my blog talked about on over 30 other blogs.
