How Much Sleep Do You Get?

enlightenedI look forward to having a great conversation about this topic and looking forward to your answers. As for myself it's hard to get rest when I'm constantly in meetings and taking care of my husband. I generally do get in about 9 hours of sleep but sometimes that doesn't even seem like it's enough sleep.

And now it's your turn

How much sleep do you get?

I usually get about 2-4 hours of sleep a night, except for weekends when I may get 4-6 hours!

As I still work FT, I have way too much to get done on my blogs and social networking than to spend it with my head on a pillow!

I do admit though that sometimes I have good intentions of getting x amount of posts up, or admin work to do, and end up doing a faceplant on the keyboard about 9:30 pm.

When that happens I get so upset with myself!

I'm embarrassed to even say, but I get around 4-6 hrs. I am exhausted all the time, but I left my job about 3 months ago and nearly killing myself to get back on my feet.

I am working long hours to get my site up and running, while trying to finish a couple books I'd like to publish. Plus, I am a single mother and have a 2 year old to chase around...tired just writing it...lol.

Oddly enough, I am always able to maintain a smile and realize I have so many things to be grateful for. I feel like too much sleep would make me miss something. Funny thing is, my Mom states I've been this way since she could feel me moving in her stomach...hehe.

5-6 hours. On the weekends 6-7. On rare occasion...8.
