The goal is to connect one million moms in the U.S. with one million moms overseas around the important issues of pregnancy and childbirth. The Challenge will officially launch on September 19th on Good Morning America, and will be the focus of an hour-long primetime special with Diane Sawyer in December. Excited yet?

How can you help and join the movement?

There are many ways to support the movement, and we're currently working on a complete list of options to send your way. You can write a monthly blog post, promote the campaign through social media, post a community ad widget, attend a twitter party, begin a discussion directly on the ABC News Million Moms Challenge Community powered by BlogFrog, and much more.
